“Sivilli Contracting is in the process of working with my General Contractor in building a home in Atlantic Beach, New York. The complexity of this project is almost unexplainable since the house is being built next to an open bay. In order to get out of the ground, there was a dewatering system set up, more than 100 piles installed, significant waterproofing as well as a 24” slab and 12” foundation walls. In addition, before any of this work started, the demolition of a home, cabana and pool took place. Sivilli has been doing all of this work and has done an unbelievable job. I have found them to be responsive as well as extremely diligent. The owner of the company, Joe Sivilli, is extremely thorough and has thought out every aspect of this process. What impressed me the most is that I have seen Joe jump on a machine if necessary and have also seen Joe stand side by side with his guys helping on any aspect of the job. I would unequivocally Sivilli without hesitation.“

“Anthony first did a small sidewalk job for us when our town tagged some blocks for replacement. He was working up the block so when it was our turn most of my neighbors used him and he was able to give us a fair price. He is professional, timely and did a great job.

Six months later our town replaced our asphalt street and we suddenly developed a sinkhole in our driveway. It was fortunate that we already had Anthony as a contact. He came that day and instructed us on our options and importantly he immediately did a temporary fix so that we could use our driveway. Anthony has a lot of experience and recommended that instead of replacing the entire driveway we could add 4 feet of Belgium block rows that would match the aesthetic of our house and is quite common in our town so wouldn’t look out of place. This saved us a ton of money and it looks amazing!

Our bluestone walkways and patio were not looking too great with some broken pieces and weeds. It’s been on our list to deal with. Having two kids in college and money being tight, Anthony convinced us that we could repoint and regrout what we have and that it would look almost new. And it does. It has made such a difference and we have one home project off our list for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Anthony!“

Since it was late in the season, and some weather obstacles, Joseph managed to squeeze my job in. His initial rendering was beautiful , but above my budget and also, I felt too much for someone who doesn’t have a green thumb. “Had a great experience with Erik and team. I had a 40ft downed pine tree that was leaning against my house. Erik's team carefully cut and removed the tree. I was worried about further damage to the roof and damage to my expensive plants but they were very careful during the whole process.
