On April 22 we had a 530 appointment in albertson I called the office to advise we would be late due to highway getting shut down for an accident . No one answered my 4 calls . I emailed office manger- no response. My daughter & I got to office 10 minutes late & Dr Troccoli refused to see us . We were shocked . Because on numerous occasions we have waited 30 plus minutes to be seen.
Worst office. Shame on you.
Now fast-forward to May 20th. I had a 345 appointment. Only taken into the room at 4:45. And then sit there another 15 minutes. I addressed all of my concerns to Dr. Troccolli letting him know how displeased we were. How unprofessional... read full review
One of the worst offices I have been to. They never get ANYTHING right. They forget to send in RX, they send in the RX wrong, they send it to the wrong pharmacy. Calling the office is a MESS. Cosmetic procedures done poorly requiring multiple appointments to correct. Expensive. I can go on and on. I have spoken to the manager on numerous occasions and she even admits to the issues that this office has in getting it together. I gave an extra star because everyone is NICE. But who cares about nice when I need to spend multiple extra hours of my day every time I have an appointment to fix the issues that they cause. Worst experience ever. Went to the office 1 month ago and still haven’t received my medication. I’ve called the office twice now and nothing has come of it. How they’re running their practice is beyond me.
