Worst company ever to deal with waited all day, called 6 times they told me he was on his way! Never showed! Now been on the phone for over a hr an want to give me 1month free! An I have to wait 3 more weeks to get installed! When i booked my first apt I had to wait over a month for an apt! Go else where!!

From the very beginning I have had problems with Vivint. Zach, the sales rep misled me regarding what would be included in my package and what would be installed on the appointed day of installation. The customer service person I spoke to misled me as far as whether it would be ok for my husband to be present during the installation instead of me. It wasn't, and that led to problems that needed to be resolved and the whole system needed to be rebilled to my husbands credit card instead of mine. I wasn't told ahead of time that not all of the equipment promised would be delivered due to a lack of availability and it's taken over double the four weeks that I was told to deliver and install the missing doorbell cam. Hopefully they will show up to install that and move the panel to the location that I had specified for it to be located in the first place. They're all very polite but none of them tell the truth. I would advise anyone to be very skeptical of any promises made by Vivint employees from the sales reps on down the line to the installers. As far as I'm concerned they are all very polite liars.
