Been here several times because of the quality. Massages, facials, service/food and other events have always been top notch, truly never been disappointed here. My favorite spot to unwind!
Such a great and relaxing spot - went here to treat someone for their birthday. Amenities go craaaaaaazy; sauna, relaxation room, restaurant, jaccuzi (the jets weren't working when we went unfortunately, but they may have that fixed now). And don't even get me started on the couples massage, jfc. Literally years of tension squeezed out of me, I dead felt like a new person after. First and only spa I've been too and was definitely impressed! Would love to come back.
Reading reviews before my appointment, I had incredibly low expectations. I will preface my review by saying that I only had a body scrub treatment, and only went to Spa Mirbeau out of desperation (needed a treatment before a wedding I’m attending).
I purposely did not use the aqua terrace or any of the facilities, since the reviews were so bad. I also expected the other patrons to be rude, noisy, and on their phones in phone-prohibited areas, which they were. The front desk staff was also rude, which I expected, based on prior reviews. If you take this place for what it is, a spa in a mall in Albany, you won’t be disappointed
