The gym is clean, well stocked with equipment and has a great staff. I am currently working in a small group lead by Justin, and he's fantastic! We're all at different fitness levels, and he plans our sessions with each one of us in mind. He thoughtfully plans so everyone is accommodated in a way that brings maximum benefit for all and meets each of us where we're at. He's encouraging without coddling. I'm accomplishing things I had no idea I could do! Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.
I love this gym! I love the atmosphere, I love the trainers and I love the way I am welcomed in and never feel self-conscious or judged. Just started my 3rd 40 session package with Rachel at PIT Fitness and plan on continuing after that! I am definitely one of the people who signs up for a year membership to a gym and then never goes, but this time is different and I attribute that to PIT Fitness. I still have a love/hate relationship with working out and that may never change. I hate going, but I love how I feel afterward. I feel great and I have lost some inches.
The best kept secret in the Capital District. Why do gyms fail? Because there's no accountability and you don't know how to use most of the equipment. Not here. They work with you 1 on 1 without judgment. Highly recommend all the trainers there.
