I have been coming here for 30 years & would never go elsewhere. In the best and worst -of times; Parkside doctors & staff are the best . Difficult as the impact of Covid was on the staff -- they were never less than the caring professionals they are.
I have been bringing my dog here for several years and have been very satisfied with the service received. When my dog has a medical issue they are upfront about the potential costs and benefits of any test or treatment, and are willing to consider conservative management where appropriate. They are also responsive to communication and have been great about filling out my dog’s pet insurance claims.
Staff was wonderful... Very patient with my puppy whom think everything is a game as most 3 mons old... Julez loved the snacks ☺️ Staff handled all the insurance matters and activation of micro chip
