The receptionist was not very friendly but the technicians were very helpful. I was surprised that every part of my routine eye exam up to the Tropicamide eye drops was performed by a technician, not a doctor. When I finally saw the doctor he spent about 2 minutes with me. He mumbled the whole time and, when I asked for clarification, kept mumbling incoherently. I did not buy glasses here as they do not have a very good selection.
First of all, the office front staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with. The person that took me to the back and did the first tests on my eyes was someone that has worked there over 30 years. She was all business and not much pleasantry talking. From there we will go to the bathroom...no, please don't go there! Nasty, filthy and disgusting are kind words for the state of the very outdated bathroom. Next, follow me to the exam room. The seat is from the 1950's...very small and rigid! Dr. Rabady is excellent and highly professional. I underwent a laser procedure for retinal tears, and it was executed seamlessly. The onsite staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care, especially when I fainted after the procedure. Will definitely recommend to others!
