    My wife is taking the exam for the second time. She's been driving for years. She just moved to America. They said he didn't look left or right in the first exam. In the second exam, they said that he looked a lot and did not pass it. Where can we complain about the officials who took this exam? She failed the exam because he looked too much. It's ridiculous that these officials do not take any notes during the exam. In my opinion, they deliberately leave the exam with ridiculous excuses to get money.
