I am genuinely surprised that this dental office doesn’t have higher ratings because my experience here has been exceptional. They were able to accommodate me for an emergency filling on short notice, which I greatly appreciated. The front desk staff were highly professional and courteous, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Both the doctor and the hygienist were thorough and professional, providing excellent care throughout my visit. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of quality dental care.

My fiancé had been going here for some time and had good things to say. I booked my introductory appointment and it went without any issues (June 2023). Dr. Nista and the staff were very friendly. On my way out the door, I booked a cleaning for later in the summer (August 2023).

I showed up for my cleaning in August, and the office said they had try to call because they were down a staff member, and that they needed to reschedule lots of patients' appointments. Unfortunate, but things happen. They said they would follow up with me with a new date.

My son has gone to this dentist for over a year, not only has he not gotten the 1 thing done he went in to get done a simple crown. He did however get 2 cleanings, 3 fillings he didn't even know he needed? And then we waited for approval to get a crown, but covid hit and our copay was going to be $350 do we had to wait. The dentist left my son uncrowned all year after doing all the other work first all paid for. Not to mention the rude reception girls who just can't do math the to save their lives. They have given me receipt for my copays then zero balances but somehow insist I have a balance everytime I step into the office and we need to go over the entire billing each time. Well, this was the last straw. I just tried to reschedule my sons appointment and they were rude for the last time. I made an appointment with a new dentist and will be calling Dr Nista for the records that I and my insurance company paid for. Good bye to the rudest most incompetent dentist office I've ever encountered in my 52 years.
