I used Scott Mclaughlin at the advice of my realtor. Big mistake. He told me that my townhouse was built on a slab, he even jumped up and down on the floor to prove it and said: "see there is no give to the floor, that's how you know". From inside a master bathroom and hall bathroom in second floor Scott advised us the bathrooms are vented to the attic. His analysis was based on he didn't see a vent out the side of the house. Scott McLaughlin inspected my home in December before I bought it said there were a few minor issues. Since I moved in I have found numerous problems, including dangerous fire hazards that I have had to get fixed . I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. I would have never bought this home if I had known all the problems with it!
