The staff was extremely helpful, honest, and courteous. I ordered the flooring, and they came and measured the room I was planning to install the flooring in. After several days, they contacted me again and told me the flooring I selected was not appropriate for that application and therefore could not guarantee the flooring and would not install the flooring. Unfortunately, they did not sell the flooring that would work. Sadly, I had to cancel the order and they gave me an immediate refund. That kind of honesty goes a long way in my book. Excellent company for all your hardwood flooring needs. They have hardwood that cannot be found in other places. Very nice staff, they know their stuff, you can order anything you want and need for your project. Great Job LL Flooring, keep doing what you doing, because you're doing good.
