Last week I had my 1st cleaning in this office and the hygienist was wonderful. 0 pain in my gums! The receptionist was simply lovely.
Then, today, I had to get a filling done for the 1st time in this office. My appointment was at 2:30 and wasn’t finished until 4:30. An emergency came into the office. The doctor needed to tend to that patient. That is completely understandable but I wasn’t told. I was sitting in the dentist chair for an extra 1/2 hr not knowing what was going on. When the dentist came back to me to finish my filling, “I said to him, “ this is my longest appointment ever.” He took off his gloves and left the room. It was very... read full review

I was a patient of this office for 4 years while living in Albany & never had any bad experiences!! Reminders for appointments were always promptly sent. The office staff & dental team were also very efficient. Never had to wait in the waiting room for too long! Great place! Only reason I left is because I moved to Saratoga county area and needed something closer. Would go back if I’m ever in Albany area again!

I have been receiving dental care from this practice for many years. They provide consistently high quality care, are thorough, professional, and always take time to answer any questions I have.
