Shopping with my daughter for business casual clothes. Some decent stuff but only really large or small sizes. Racks had mixed stuff and not in size order. Made finding stuff difficult. Not many associates too help. Really kind of disappointing

Crossgates JC Penny staff member Grace was pleasant, helpful and professional. The store looked better than I have seen it look in a while. She didn't just stand at the counter, she actually would walk the store and arrange merchandise, all while keeping an eye on the register. Great employee!

They have good deals!But approximately 4:00 I could not find a single salesperson on the whole first floor to check me out. I had to take the escalator to the second floor and search for somebody to take my money.
