The technician Matt Carr that was sent out from Clifton Park Grasshopper heating and cooling was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and then let me know what his recommendations were for my heating and cooling system. He discussed options going forward, made suggestions and diagnosed problems that a previous company never saw. Highly recommend this company
Our experience with Grasshopper was excellent. The communication before hand kept us well informed. When the technician, Christian, arrived to service our minisplit system, he was friendly and explained what he would be doing. He then went about doing his work with great care. He clearly answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend Grasshopper to anyone.
