Called office number to inquire about services. Person answers who sounds like they are about 16, tells me to hold a moment, fumbles with the transfer button a few times, then hangs up on me. I got a very amateurish and unprofessional vibe right off the bat. Trust my finances to people like this? Yeah, no thanks. I did not call back.
