She was extremely patient with my husband and I as we spent many weekends at the showroom looking over samples, returning samples that we were able to bring home, and picking out new samples to try out that week. She went above and beyond to search other engineered hardwood manufacturers to find us the flooring that fit our needs and wants perfectly. DeMar Flooring was also able to give recommendations on installation services. We look forward to working with Stephanie and her team again in the future.“

“Words cannot express how happy we are with our floors after Anthony and the team at Acme refinished them. We recently bought a 94-year-old house with original red oak hardwoods that had been covered by carpet for ~50 years. The green carpet padding had deteriorated/almost melted into the floor and a number of deep moisture stains had set in (see before pics attached). Acme sanded and refinished our whole house and staircase and they look nearly brand new - I almost cried when I saw them!We got a number of quotes to start and not only are Acme’s prices extremely competitive for the area, but Anthony’s professionalism and customer service is miles ahead of the other companies we spoke to. “From start to near completion, the team from Build Pros has been professional.We have a very complicated roof line with many angles that over time caused some of our wood to rot. Damon walked with me as we assessed all that needed to be done. He gave me a timely estimate, and once accepted, a start date. Butch then visited our home with Damon and reviewed the project. Dennis and Carter are very knowledgeable and care about their client’s needs and happiness. I highly recommend you meet them in person and bring home the carpet samples to make a decision. My first installation didn’t match my expectations but after expressing my concerns they worked through every step of the way with great professionalism and I can now say I am very happy with my current carpets. Al did a wonderful job installing as well. I am truly grateful for their expertise and being helpful with my concerns. They are all professionals and I will definitely return to them for other flooring needs. If I can give 10 stars I would!“
