I’ve come a couple times this summer. My experience today was awful. Staff didn’t really listen to what I requested my nails to look like and rushed through the service even though there were only two other ppl in the salon. Very disappointed bc I paid for anc and the nails aren’t completely covered and the shape is just poorly done. This will be my last try here.They do feetvalrught but you have to get maybe the one or two ppl who can do a good job otherwise you won’t be happy.
DON'T GO! I'd leave a zero if it was an option. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The prices were higher than what they have posted online. The man who did my nails was so rough with manhandling my fingers, he cracked my knuckle. He nicked multiple fingers which resulted in bleeding. When he was trying to twist my arm like a contortionist instead of attempting whatever he was doing from a better angle, he snapped at me to "relax." He literally threw my hands away from him after each thing he did. I asked for almond shape multiple times and he sharpened the tips to a point. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Awful experience. I left with three cuts on my fingers. I have hairs in my nails. I said I wanted almond shape over 5 times, and left with square because I got sick of trying to repeat myself. There are chunks of anc around my nail beds. The style I wanted is completley incorrect. Will not return
