UPDATE: New Service Call December 2025
On Friday 12-19, my 1st floor tenant reported a gas leak. National Grid came out, turned off the gas at the main and told me there were 6 leaks, 1 before the gas meter, that they needed to repair, and 5 after the gas meter, that I needed to get repaired. Of the 5 leaks, 2 were for the 2nd floor and 3 were for the 1st floor. (These yellow flex gas lines are not the best to hold up for the long term.)

Technician Eric was patient and took great care to explain all he was doing. Very professional and a great representative for the company. We greatly appreciate Crisafulli's prompt response time and courteous schedulers.
Daniel Weaver was excellent to work with: very knowledgeable, explained what he needed to do to asses the problem and then simply told us what was required to fix the issue. He was professional, didn't overwhelm us with plumbing jargon and fixed the problem. The phone representatives are also very professional. Would definitely call again for future needs.
