I cannot say enough about my experience with Build Pros. They installed a new roof and repaired damaged parts of the roof. I got many estimates but Damon impressed me so much with his realistic and thorough inspection of the roof. I knew there would be no hidden costs or surprises at the end. He took pictures of all the problem areas and explained exactly how they would handle them. My roof turned out beautifully. Damon and his crew were efficient and polite and all the issues with my roof were fixed to my satisfaction. The clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Build Pros for anyone in need of roofing.

From the beginning dealing with Doug was a pleasure. He was always prompt in getting information or returning my calls. The workers cleaned up every day that they were here and when the job was done Kevin made sure I was completley satisfied. I would reccomend them without hesitation.

Butch, Joe, Dan and Jeff installed windows in my home and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. From the time of connection with this company, which was through Darcy Wills, the communication has been completely transparent. At any point, if I had any questions or concerns, Darcy and Butch have been front and center to guide me through this process. I can only rate 4 stars for now because they are scheduled to replace my roof in a few days, so their work is not complete. However, so far I am satisfied and impressed with what I have seen and experienced so far. I will make another review after the roof replacement is completed.
