From start to near completion, the team from Build Pros has been professional.We have a very complicated roof line with many angles that over time caused some of our wood to rot. Damon walked with me as we assessed all that needed to be done. He gave me a timely estimate, and once accepted, a start date. Butch then visited our home with Damon and reviewed the project. Butch and Jess removed the rotten wood, replaced, and painted the work in a wonderful and seamless manner. Butch was friendly, honest, and gave attention to detail. Butch, Jessica, and Joe arrived when they said they would, did the job they said they would do, were agreeable to the minor changes suggested, fun to work with - bouncing ideas here and there - and added a step that was needed yet not part of the original plan.
