Tim Anderson did an excellent job Monday unhooking and prepping my heat pump for storage while we build our new home. He arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a relief to get the pipes capped off. I look forward to Tim returning later this year to reinstall everything. He is a great employee and a credit to your firm.

I had an emergency plumbing situation, and James did an excellent job dealing with it quickly and effectively after hours. I was very relieved because I tried to reach other plumbers, but none made service calls after business hours. Ben Franklin plumbing is a lifesaver.

Great experience getting our tankless water heater serviced and had some corroded under sink pipes replaced too. Randy was very easy to coordinate with to get the quote and schedule. Then James was very friendly and professional and clear when communicating about the work he did. Would work with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!
