My husband had surgery at Albany Med and I can not say enough positive things. The staff is so friendly and goes out of the way to help. His doctors explained things to be sure it was understood and so very knowledgeable. Thank u for wonderfulExperience for my husband
It was my first time being in the ER in 40 years. I received the most EXCELLENT CARE Being in the ER and short care units, from the nurses,transporters, plobotomist, and doctors of various professions. I hope I don't have to come back for a stay but it's the most EXCELLENT place. I worked as PCA and a CNA for 38yrs. and being on the other side was different but I received the MOST EXCELLENT CARE. Thank You so very much.
The staff at Albany Med is taking care of my father who has been diagnosed with lung cancer. His procedure was a complete success and from the moment I park to the moment I drive away EVERY SINGLE PERSON I encounter has gone above and beyond. These people are truly amazing and I am so grateful.
