Our mission is to provide the Capital District with the latest in clinically proven therapies to assist in the recovery & prevention of athletic injury, treatment of muscular tension & pain, alleviation of prenatal discomfort, and to provide general relaxation & stress relief by maintaining a highly trained staff of licensed massage therapists & other healthcare & fitness professionals. We offer 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions with prices ranging from $70 - $200. Easy online booking!
