I can’t say enough good things about owner Korey and his staff. The programs are personally designed and there is a holistic approach; stress, nutrition, sleep, etc. There is a huge commitment to the client. Unfortunately my physical issues did not allow me to continue.

I have been fortunate to incorporate 21-Boom workouts into my regular schedule for several years now through on demand and live sessions online because I live in WA and when I visit NY I enjoy popping into the Albany location for in person workouts. During covid I left my gym for home workouts and never went back. I absolutely love this program and can’t imagine using anything else. I feel great cause it allows me to work at my customized pace, convenient and easy to follow. The owner, Korey McCoy and all the trainers are awesome!! Put yourself and health first and try this place now!

I highly recommend this gym! For someone who is newer to working out and needed a lot of input getting started, it has been a fantastic experience. Every coach is top-notch – personable, experienced, and knowledgeable. They cater well to clients of all fitness levels and have lots of options for classes and online sessions. I appreciate their professionalism and encouragement!
