“We hired Primo to do a full scale renovation of our backyard, and after meeting with a number of different landscapers across varying types (i.e. more design-y, more one-person-shop, etc.), we landed on Primo because of they were 1) full-service, 2) had extensive expertise, and 3) their service and professionalism.

We felt confident moving forward with Primo because of the peace-of-mind in working with a company that could navigate changes as they emerged. While they weren't the cheapest proposal, they were the best value.

- The team is incredibly efficient and professional. No one could believe how much they could do in just three weeks.
- When we ran into a snag with the permit, Primo worked tirelessly to expedite approval.
- Primo managed subcontractors needed to navigate sewer drains, fences, etc.
- Even after the last check was paid, Primo and Vincent came back to re-seed, clean up mulch, and educate us on how to maintain our new backyard.

The bottom line: I'd hire Primo again to do more work.“

“Loved everything about working with Joe Finizio and Sons. Joe provided excellent guidance and landscape design suggestions, and he worked with me to realize my "natural elements only" vision. This was a one-week project, and the crew (professional and polite) was on site every morning at 8 AM and left the job site clean at the end of the day. The project included the demolition of existing stone walkway and designing/rebuilding it, the removal of all existing landscaping on the property, and aeration/topsoil/seeding of lawn areas. He planted this tree, at my request, and would not accept payment. He prunes and he fertilizes this tree and he looks out for it, too. If I suggest something to be done, he is agreeable and he will and does do it. Today, this tree is lush, vibrant, well fed and well tended. I cannot ask for more or for better. He will not accept any payment out of respect for my brother which I did not and do not expect. Yet, he continues to do everything..."Pro Bono"!
Also, if I were to die, prematurely, he would continue to tend this tree and this tree would continue to live.“

“This review if for Woodland Tree Service, which is affiliated with Living Earth Landscape Design in Suffern, NY. These guys are awesome. They showed up as scheduled despite an intense thunder/lightning storm; they waited until there was no more lightning danger and worked in the rain until dark to remove two huge trees next to my house. They returned with the stump grinder early the next morning to eliminate the stumps, remove the large trunks from the previous day, prune a number of other trees, chip the smaller limbs and cut the larger ones into firewood-sized logs for me, and then did an incredible job cleaning up my roof and yard. They also laid down plywood on my lawn to protect it from the heavy equipment. All this for a price that was 60% lower than the highest quote I received and only slightly more than than lowest quote (from a company that didn't have the same stellar ratings as Woodland and wouldn't have been able to do the work for 2 more months). Very friendly owner, receptionist, and overall staff. I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provided.“
