Very knowledgeable and does what u ask. Will point something out if he thinks it needs addressing and will definitely be out go to now after a terrible experience with another company last time that didn't do half of what we asked. Very much so appreciated his knowledge on it all and was also very accommodating to our need for quick turn around to still make out trips work this year and have them be enjoyable.

I went all night in my new camper with no heat. We took a girls trip with our kids an hour away from anyone’s help. We called JVRS this morning to see if we did anything wrong. He was able to simply walk me through the process of diagnosing over the phone and I FIXED THE CAMPER. WE HAVE HEAT! I am so thankful for his kindness to openly help us in a pinch. Five stars!

I called JRV’s after experiencing some very frustrating problems with my nearly new Ru. The air conditioning would only blow warm air which incicayef a bd condenser or compressor. Thankfully none of the AC companies I called even called back. I stopped at the local campsite and asked who they used for ac repairs. They gave me JRV’s number. He was about 50 miles away and I expected an expensive service call plus parts and labor. When I called, he answered immediately He asked a few questions I.e. Make , type of thermostat.
