I had a fantastic experience ordering materials recently from Mombaccus. Dawn and Colleen were wonderful communicators, patiently answering a ton of questions and helped figure out the appropriate quantities of gravel for a stone patio and pathway project. The materials were high quality and delivered right away. I am especially thankful for the integrity and kindness of the owner Keith, who fully replaced our arborist's equipment that was damaged during a big delivery. He was gentle, understanding, and immediately took care of the situation in a personal and thoughtful way. I hope to use Mombaccus in the future for hardscaping needs and highly recommend them - their courtesy went above and beyond, and we are very glad that Keith led the way with an appropriate resolution. I own a rental property in Woodstock and needed a tank replaced ASAP. I do not live in state and was recommended by a family member to call A&D. They got back to me within 24 hours, assessed the problem via text photos, and were able to get to the house in less than a week to perform the replacement. Pricing was fair. Jess was absolutely amazing I cannot say enough good things about our time with her. We had been looking for a house for years and finally came across Jess from upstate curious and so glad we did. I have always had mice--they were seasonal. In during the Fall--out during Spring. One winter --they stayed for good. They made my house---their permanent nest. I was completely taken over by mice. There were generations of mice, they would wake me up, run over my feet, their refuse was everywhere, I saw a few of them a day knowing , that meant there were 20 more. In tears --it was to Fleck Pest Management that came to the rescue.
Mike was kind , reassuring ,realistic and thorough. Professional. He did a deep inspection and offered a few service recommendations and then did an initial extensive treatment. His treatment is humane and eco-friendly.
That was in 2021--It is 3 years later and not a single mouse. Even if I leave dishes with food in the sink overnight usually a clarion call for a feast and mouse droppings.

Zachary is just as nice and showed me beetle larvae--that came up. That's what happens when you contract with have a conscientious pest company--they are able to point out other pest problems. I knew of course, about the beetles, it never occurred to me to even mention them, so it was reassuring my designated pest control company -- Fleck Pest Management, could not only spot them, but educate me on this, too. Of course, it will be Fleck Pest Management that I will turn to to take care of this. I give the highest recommendation--I can. And their administration and customer service is friendly and accommodating.
