5 stars, 10/10, perfect customer service. My wife and I got a flat halfway through our 18 hour road trip from CA to CO we did on Monday, about 20 miles from Les Schwab. They were incredibly fast, personable, kind, and honestly made a really stressful/frustrating situation much, much easier.
There must've been screws all over I-80 East that night because at least 4-5 other cars came in with the same screw type within the 20-25mins we were there.
While it was a random stop for us, if other Les Schwab's are anything like this one, we will purposefully look for them when we need them. Appreciate y'all
Soulful service! We came to change a tire on a trailer. There were 50 minutes left before closing. They picked out a tire for us, quickly changed it, and it all turned out cheaper than ordering such a tire on the Internet. I asked the staff for a tool to tighten the wheel, and they gave it to me. I recommend!

Where do I begin? I had big O turn me down saying there were issues with my rim & tire studs saying it was impossible to fix, so I called these guys and the staff took great care of me! I’m super impressed. I’m a transporter and was in a bind. Needed Brakes & rotors done, they also fixed other underlying issues with the calipers and an axle seal. I really appreciated their teams hard work and I come through here all the time and they will have my future business. I highly recommend this company and they literally took so much stress off me and got me in with their rigorous schedule, which shows you how much their customers mean to them.
