“My old electric hot water heater ruptured sometime between January and March. When we came to our condo the water had been flooding the bottom floor for a while. They arrived within an hour and removed the tank and jumped the ater so e can flush toilets etc...the house needs a lot of repair but Gary and All seasons were fantasic and fair priced. “A couple of years ago, Nixon repaired our air duct system which had loosened and fallen apart in areas, allowing some mice and other pests inside the house. Doug saved us much expense by not insisting (as almost all others we contacted did) that we rebuild the whole system. This year, I asked for an inspection to make sure the system was not in need of repairs and they had done such a good job that their rep Gabe could not find a single air duct-related entry point for mice or other pests. And he looked everywhere! He did find one non-air duct entrypoint in a crawl space under our stairs (credit to him for seeing the hatch to the space in the corner behind a door), and suggested I fill it with foam or steel wool. In sum, they did a great job last time and they know what customers need - a thorough inspection. I'll be having them back again and again in years to come to check and maintain the system. Highly recommend.“
