I love the spa the amenities are my favorite along with their orange infused water. I greatly appreciate that it is quaint. Everything is at arms reach. Extra bonus for the ice towels and cucumbers outside of the stream room. Another honorable mention are the aromatherapy showers. If you're looking for a therapeutic massage Robin is the best!

Ask for Shelly if you want the best facial around! She took expert care of both me and my teenage daughter. Skillful, thorough, great product selection for each of us and created such a calming environment we never wanted it to end. She definitely knows skin, how to relax a client, and is definitely South Lake Tahoe's best-kept secret. We will be back Shelly, thanks for making our experience so phenomenal! I had a full body scrub and Cindy and her Team were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable going into my first ever body scrub and by the end I was so relaxed I was like a wet noodle! I can't recommend Onsen Spa enough! Thank you!
