Dane came out within the hour of me calling. I thought my GFI had gone bad, but to my embarrassment I didn't reset it correctly. He had it reset within minutes and my problem was solved. Since he was only here for literally minutes he asked if there was anything else he could look at since I had to pay for the hour. He looked at another electrical problem I have, however, it would be quite the project. I will definitely call him when I am ready to tackle that one. I am so very satisfied with Western Pacific. It's a good feeling to call someone you can count on.
