Amber is the BEST! I have been taking my toy Aussie, Kona, there for about 6 years. Kona always looks and smells fabulous after a visit and Kona can be quite a diva! I just adopted a Siberian Husky, Lillie, from the Humane Society. We do not know much about her first 3 years but it is clear there is trauma and she bites when she is afraid. Amber has been so helpful and supportive through all of this and encouraging me to keep working with her and giving me useful advise. I am so thankful. I have only had Lillie for 2 months and she is not yet ready for something as intimate as a bath and grooming. Eryne has been both a fantastic groomer and my German Shepherd's close friend. We have had groomers in the past that my pup really didn't like, Tessie loves Eryne! My pup lives up to her breed's name "German Shedder", Tessie has come out looking and feeling wonderful every visit for the last several years.

It was by mere luck that I found The Grooming Shop. Our normal go to facility has limited hours that conflict with the hours I am free. I just needed a quick nail trim for my girl and you wouldn't imagine how hard it is to find a groomer open after 4p on a Monday. In my search, I found The Grooming Shop, called and she was still open and willing to take us as a walk-in. My dog is dog shy and she doesn't do well to dogs walking up face first. I shared that with the groomer and she happily accommodated by getting her tools and taking care of us in the lobby. She not only cut but also filed her nails.
