Simple Cremation was great from my first phone call, to the employees that came to the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home, to Caitlin and Jade being available and offering sincere condolences for my dad's passing. My sister and I used Simple Cremation several years ago for my mom and then I used them again last year for my sister. It was a no brainer to contact them when my dad was put on hospice. I would encourage anyone to use their services when they have the need.
Simply Cremation was very caring and let us take our time making decisions. This was a very difficult situation for our family and they made the process very easy on us. I called prior to my father passing and broke down on the phone Jade was very understanding and offered I not make any decisions just yet (knowing I was upset) and suggested I come into the office when I was ready. That was the right decision and I very much appreciated her words of wisdom. Thank you!!
FYI, no longer does pet cremation... I Just spoke with a rep (May 2023) who was very compassionate and understanding on an early Sunday afternoon; she provided suggestions on where to go for 3- or 4-legged family members nowadays. Thank you very much
