We first contacted Zak by leaving a voicemail and he called back almost immediately. Lucky for us, his schedule allowed him to come to our home within the hour. After he arrived and learned the small project's particulars from my husband (adding a kit to panel doors to allow them to swing open), he got to work right away. The instructions that came with the kit weren't the best, but Zak was able to use his experience and skill (and a suggestion from my husband for one portion of the project) to make it work. We were trying to install a new mailbox and ran into solid rock below the mailbox. We rented an auger and tried chipping away and digging ourselves for two days. Called Zak and he was able to show up same evening and helped us resolve the mailbox installation to completion. Done in less than an hour and we happily paid him his $100 minimum. It would have cost us more to rent or buy the tools he brought. Friendly and we will call him in the future for other projects.
