This zumba studio is amazing with diverse levels of classes offered at various hours. They have great instructors with hip music and choreography! Only wish is to have them offer a class on Fridays- but I guess everybody needs one day off.

This studio is the perfect place to experience Zumba of all sorts! The party atmosphere is incredible as certified and talented Zumba instructors guide you through what doesn’t feel like a workout but a night out in a club or on vacation! Oh believe me, you will sweat, but you won’t notice it at all - because you’re having too much fun! Everyone treats each other like family and close friends. I took the Saturday class at 11:30am and it went by so fast, I couldn’t believe it was already over. Time fly’s when you’re having that much fun! Tallia was my instructor and she brought energy, noise, and interaction. I loved her style and enthusiasm! Whenever I’m in Reno, I’ll be looking to take another class!

Z BODY FITNESS lives up to their motto, "RENO'S HOTTEST DANCE PARTY" ! From the moment you step into this studio you know you've stepped into a classy, clean and cordial environment. & EVERY TIME I dance there it's an ENDORPHIN overload of JOY ! They have many instructors each giving us their unique ZUMBA flair ! Hard to pick a fav as they are all so very talented. But, 2 I want to mention specifically, Jake & Maggie. I've been dancing with Jake & Maggie now since 2009 and they never fail to please. They put their whole heart and soul in giving you THE MOST FABULOUS Zumba experience you will ever have !!!! Maggie's Zumba Gold is unique, high energy & easy on the joints. Her choice of music is always energetic & her choreo easy to follow. Now Jake, THE BOSSMAN, is POWERFUL & FUN. His choice of music is ALWAYS exhilerating & his choreo is CLEVER and he presents it in a way that is easy to follow. He makes it look so easy that you can't wait to try the next moves! The connection he makes with his class makes it MAGNETIC! Both truly extremely talented dancers! If you haven't been to Z BODY FITNESS, what are you waiting for? Can't wait to see you there !
