Wiley’s Plumbing replaced our 50-year-old oil-fired furnace with an efficient natural gas heater/air conditioner unit in the crawl space under my house almost two years ago. Jay and his crew did a great job installing it, including cutting up and removing the old furnace from a very small space. And to top it off, later that year when we lost power for 5 days in January (from heavy rain and snowstorms) and had no heat, Jay again showed up late at night so we could at least have heat.
