What an amazing experience. We have an Akita that at the age of 7 would no longer let mom trim his nails. No matter who we called for nails and a bath, they were not welcoming to the breed. One of his nails broke and when he scratched, started tearing up his skin, we also noticed other skin issues but again nobody would take him. We started to believe it was the food we had him on. Upscale was willing to take him, as they specialize in Akita’s. They were able to bathe him and point out some serious skin issues. Cindy took her time and trimmed his nails, then filed them smooth. She also recommended foods that are better for Akita’s, a vet she trusts, as our vet was skittish with our gentle giant. As stated it was an amazing experience. We love our boy, and feel pretty awful his skin is causing him discomfort. That being said, we know he is on the road to recovery, and who we will bring our pup to from now on.

The best part of this business, is Cindy. Her big heart towards animals is undeniable. Her expertise and quality of her work makes my lil doggie look like a million bucks. In addition her facility is beautifully decorated and spotless. This is a 5 star business.
