I recently purchased a Toyota 4 Runner and the previous owner must have taken it off road and also through an automatic car wash. I tried everything and had absolutely no luck getting the scratches and swirling out of the paint. I looked up detailers on line and after seeing all 5 star reviews for Top Gloss I contacted them. John was able to get me within a few weeks and I was even able to drop it off on the weekend. He does all the work by himself so it’s more detail oriented then if you went with one of these detail shops. I had just bought a new car and I went through a car wash that has the spinning cleaners that absolutely trashed the paint. It looked like it had hair like scratches and swirls all over. After doing my research, I came across John from Top Gloss Detail. I was so thrilled to see my car back to a condition it was when I first bought it. John really worked his magic. I'll never make the mistake to go through another car wash and I will always be back to John and recommend others seek him out when they need a professional detailing. I echo all the other reviewers, John does an amazing job and is extremely knowledgeable.He did a ceramic coating for my black Tesla which made it look better than it did from the factory. He had great communication the whole time and in addition provides instructions on exactly what you need to keep your car in great condition going forward.Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.
