TID is professional, prompt and courteous. Daniel (the owner) went out of his way and came all the way up to Incline from Reno at 4pm to help solve an issue and get our projector up and running, and at no extra charge. I am recommending them to everyone I know who can't get AV people to respond. Great, great find for us!

TID's team came out to install some network drops,for my gaming room, office and kids bedrooms and boost internet connection in the house. The knowledge and craftsmanship that their team provides is top notch. They even wore disposable shoe covers and cleaned after the job was done. Overall, excellent, fast and professional service. You won't be disappointed!
