I recently signed up for the new student special at The Studio and I have been soooo impressed with the diversity and knowledge of all the amazing teachers and additionally the calming serenity and decor of both studio spaces. All of these factors have made me feel incredibly welcome and supported as a new student. I've been practicing with Kat at the Studio for several years now and love how every class is different and accessible to all ages, abilities and bodies. Kat has trained in many types of yoga and she blends different disciplines seamlessly. She cultivates great energy and humor while leading a challenging class. My strength, balance, and flexibility have all improved significantly as a result of practicing with Kat just a couple days a week.
