After a negative experience using a designer from one of those contractor websites, I decided to try an actual agency. The personality and the sense of humor on the website and within the in-take form was the clincher for me. I really appreciated the balance between working with my vision and instinct, and also providing me honest, professional feedback about my vision and instinct. I felt heard but also guided by the pros. In the end my team (and following) are OBSESSED with our new logo and branding, and I can't wait for the first round of merch to get here.
