Swift MRI has a comfortable and nicely decorated waiting room. The staff is very friendly and help me with my check in. Minimum waiting time until they were ready to start the MRI process. Highly recommended.

Alexandra Gerlach was my physical therapist. She combines hands-on methods (massage using a metal tool), stretching, taping, and exercises, and I think those sped up my healing process. I’d say after 1 month of sticking to the program, my issue went away. I looked forward to my PT visits because she is so personable too.

Getting through to schedule an appointment took 8 days after a lot of phone calls. Once I got through, staff was friendly and helpful. MRI staff were efficient and friendly. Not giving 5 stars bc it is so difficult to make an appt. However, once scheduled, staff was great and knowledgeable.
