Took both my young boys for a cut only. Looked fine when done, quick and very friendly. Better than most but sometimes hit or miss based on previous experiences. This time however the cost for two kids haircuts without any extra services (ie not the mvp or anything) was $60. For two little kids. Before any tip. I still tipped because they did a decent job on the cuts. But this isn't a high end salon and those cuts, though fine, are not worth nearly that much.
I have been a customer of the Del Monte Plaza store for about 5 years. I have always got great haircuts, no issue with staff at all. My only complaint is I don't know who the 5th grader is that runs the SportClip website. It times out in 19 seconds, yes I timed it after numerous attempts to schedule an appointment. I tried different stores and the same issue so it is not the stores or their employees fault. This has happened numerous times over the years since I have been a customer.
Went there not exactly what I wanted, I gave fairly vague suggestions to Ashley, and she made a few suggestions and did her thing. Took a bit off, checked with me & continued work her magic. End result is very nice.Thanks again, Ashley.Keith.
