Jess explained the process, would ask how I was doing, if the wax was too hot, and even asked if I needed a break. Never once did she make me feel embarrassed or bad. “My friend gifted me a custom facial for my birthday and I was able to schedule with James easily online. As soon as I met James I knew he'd be fun and make me feel totally comfortable. When he examined my skin and put the head band on my head, he went to town, lol, on my face. I'm talking cleansers, deep scrubs, peels, masks, creams, etc. He didn't care about time at all and we had great conversation. I think I was there for at least two hours! How cool is it that he's not rushing to get you in and out in one hour! This was only my third facial and I feel I actually had a treatment done and can see/feel a difference. I went in wanting just a simple cut but after we discussed what I was looking for, we decided to do a wash/cut/dry & toner application to remove some of the warm tones in my hair.I can not rave enough about how amazing, kind, thorough and professional Valerie was!
