“This is one of very few places I feel comfortable leaving five stars on without even getting a service. I came in for a consultation and I’m on a medication I was told was safe to do laser hair removal with. We went through the entire consultation. I brought it up to make sure it was okay and She immediately was honest with me told me, the laser would burn me and it was my best interest to never do it on this medication. I have so much respect for service providers like this. She could’ve continued to do the laser and hurt me in the long run while taking the check. I think so many people in this day and age would have not been honest and taken the money regardless off what i could have done to me. I could not recommend her more. She is clearly in it for all of the right reasons. She has a future client in me and I think everyone considering it should go and see her. She is the real deal and extremely professional.“

I feel every single cell of my face once again learn to retain moisture, and Yoko's facial helped me to learn to retrain my skin through self-care. I frequently work out and thought the move of lymph around my face is good, but after Yoko worked on it, extra interstitial fluids moved out from my face, and I look less tired and more happy. “Our first time here, and I came into this knowing it wasn't going to have a lot of amenities compared to other resort spas, but I was still impressed! The staff were very friendly and very professional, they were fantastic! The food section at the bar was very limited, but the drinks were delicious! My massage was AMAZING, one of the best in my experience (Body in Balance), it was very relaxing for me. The facility itself is gorgeous! The aesthetic and ambiance were awesome, but a couple weird things I noticed: plants were all fake, so that ruined the aesthetic, it was kind of weird. Second, the sign said there were jellyfish but there weren't any jellyfish? A bit disappointing. Another thing about the facility, there were no gates surrounding the outer perimeter, so while we were relaxing by the fire outside and in the hot tub, a random man (not a spa guest) had walked really close to all the guests, which was very uncomfortable since we're just in robes and bathing suits. I will say, the second we saw him, the staff was already outside watching him as well.“
