“I had my wedding dress cleaned here prior to the wedding. I discovered the straps on the dress had been snagged and were unraveling. It was not a fixable issue, the straps had to be replaced.

After posting my original review the night I made the discovery, I ended up bringing the dress into the dry cleaners the next morning, the manager and another employee had already seen my review and were immediately apologetic.

The gist of the story is that I received a refund for the cost of the dry cleaning. I’ll never really know what happened because the multiple explanations I received don’t really make sense, BUT I will say that they do care. I imagine that my dress slipped through the cracks of quality control. While, I’m hesitant to bring my wedding dress here after the wedding, I can attest that I have family who routinely uses this dry cleaner and are always very satisfied with the quality.“
