This studio is my happy place. I absolutely think of each Pilates class as my "me-time." I always feel like the class is challenging and pushing me way past my comfort zone - but in a good way...I feel safe, like the teachers know what they are doing and I also feel welcome! The staff is all extremely friendly and even the other clients are fun to be around. This is the best Pilates in Reno, hands down.

The smartest & most powerful workout I've EVER experienced. I love every minute of class! You have to try all three class styles... you'll get strength, cardio, and flexibility. ALL of the classes are amazing. LOVE the community too... truly the best people!

I have never taken pilates before I tried Series Pilates and I was extremely intimidated but my experience was fantastic! The instructors are very knowledgeable and offer encouragement and modifications for helping everyone succeed in each class. The 45 minutes go by so fast and each class is a new experience which is a huge plus for making the workout fly by.
