Been in business over 10 years. Never have I met anyone as unprofessional and rude as Autumn Gardener, their office manager. If you're a future employer of her looking at this as a reference, seriously you need to avoid this person like your business depends on it.
I think it is very important to have the person who answers the phone be help, nice, answer with a smile and speak good english since we live in America. But the person who answers the phone is none of these things. Horrible service I mean really really horrible. I am trying to get info on a location a Broker has for lease and well, no help what so ever! Piss poor service as my Dad would quote!
Robyn at the front desk is amazing and very polite. Autumn… the “manager” however is beyond rude. Charging $50 to replace a bathroom key is beyond ridiculous. What’s even worse is that when asking to just purchase the replacement $7 office key I was told I “had to buy them both or get nothing at all.” I should not be forced to purchase a $50 key. Autumn has a very rude and nasty attitude. I didn’t know it was appropriate to walk away from someone when speaking to them especially with her position as a “manager”.
