First timer to the dermatologist - and didn't really know what to expect. The staff was great, friendly, professional and there was zero wait time. I think my only complaint is that as a new patient I didn't know what to expect, and there was little to no explanation, and I had to google what to do afterwards because she didn't tell me anything. It was literally a 15-20 minute appointment and I really could have used some explanation of what she was going to do, and when making an appointment for the following week, I didn't really know what it was for, so ended up cancelling. I'll call and find out what the plan is, and I will for sure be back. I 100% recommend, and it's important you advocate for yourself, and that's on me that I didn't speak up when I had the opportunity to ask questions.
