I have had to use Reno iPhone twice in the past year. Both times the service was excellent. Theresa really helped me with my last visit. Ryan helped me the first time.
Battery replacements were completed in the timeframe promised. They use quality replacement batteries.

This place is amazing! They fixed my son's broken screen and another screen that needed the touch screen replaced. Very friendly and helpful and super quick. Very reasonable pricing too. Much cheaper than the big box stores charge to fix.
This has become my go-to store for phone repairs! I've had 2 LCDs replaced here, and the service provided by this store tops any other I've gone to repairs for (by far). Both times, the owner had my phone fixed & ready for pickup within 20-30 mins, and she has always been incredibly helpful and kind!
