The entire staff was so caring during my entire visit. Faith was incredible and so knowledgeable. Dr. Boren was very thorough and explained everything during my appointment. Michael helped me pick out the best frames afterwards. Can't recommend enough. I've made appointments for all 3 of my kids with this office. Wish I could give more stars.

New patient for my yearly eye exam and new glasses. Faith was the tech who did all the eye tests and was very helpful, explained all the tests and pleasant to work with and made the visit fun and a great first impression of Reno Family eyecare. Best tech I have worked with since i have started wearing glasses. Dr Kappes and eye glass selection person Brian were great too. This will be my new eye care place for my family

When I first was looking for eye care for my client who is severely impacted with autism, and is often known to have behaviors that could severely injure others, I called around and nobody seemed to understand, but when I called Reno family eye care they were very helpful and knowledgeable, so I took myself and my client, I was very anxious just for the whole situation and, Faith Baca, was not only super sweet and professional she knew how to interact with my boy, which not only made him feel comfortable but myself..Faith was professional, kind, and supportive, when not only my anxiety took over but his as well..if your looking for an opportunity to get your son daughter,...read full review
